So has it been tested under Linux? Is this one of those generic devices where you don't need special drivers?

Basically, I'm wondering why they mentioned Windows /and/ OSX, but not Linux--
because the statement would have been false had Linux been added to the list by the author
because the statement /may/ have been false if -^
or because the author didn't feel like Linux was worth mentioning for some reason?
